Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for developing, organizing and maintaining licensure by the Texas Department of Health Service, administering contracts with various state, local and private health insurance carriers and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Candidates will possess a master’s degree or Ph.D. in behavioral health or a related field and have at least three years of experience directing a managed care facility with a thirty bed minimum. Experience required in all facets of alcohol and drug treatment center operations, including: management; grant writing; fundraising; program planning; evaluation; budget preparation; administration and negotiating techniques.
Qualified applicants will have excellent communication, leadership and team building skills, experience with personal computers and applicable programs, be able to prioritize and delegate responsibilities, and develop policy and procedures as needed.

Medical Director
Prospective candidates for the Medical Director of Greenhouse Treatment Center must: possess a valid medical license in the state of Texas; should be ASAM certified, or have ASAM certification in progress; be eligible for or certified by the American Board of Psychiatry, Neurology, Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice and have admitting privileges at a hospital near the program.
The Medical Director is responsible for the medical operation and integrity of the program, medication management, establishing and maintaining criteria for ambulatory detoxification; conducting a medical review of all patients entering treatment at The Greenhouse Treatment Center. This position also serves as the medical liaison with patient primary care physicians and/or medical reviewers of third party payers as needed or indicated by the utilization review department.

Vice President of Addiction Services for Rushford Center, Inc. (Connecticut)
Rushford Center, located between Hartford and New Haven, is one of Connecticut’s leading providers of addiction and mental health treatment. Currently, Rushford Center is searching for a Vice President of Addiction Services.
The VP of Addiction Services reports to the President and is responsible for overseeing all Adult Addiction Services including Outpatient, Residential, Detox and Admissions. Adult Addiction Services consists of 85 beds, a complete continuum of care, several campuses and an extensive Outpatient Program.
Qualified candidates must have at least seven years experience as a manager in the behavioral health field, extensive knowledge of private pay/private insurance addiction treatment, and a Master’s Degree in a related field.
